Orders
You can check the status of your order in the following ways:
Via the shipping confirmation email you received.
By emailing us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put "Order Status" plus your order number in the subject line.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Yes you can! Please contact us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put "Custom Order" in the subject line.
Yes you can! We have access to many major brands and would love to help you order your favorite fabric, wallpaper, trim, lighting, and more! You can see all of the brands we work with here. Please contact us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put "Trade Order" in the subject line.
Shipping
We try to ship all domestic orders with products in stock within 24 hours. International orders with in stock items will be shipped within 2 business day. Occasionally due to volume or weather there is a slight delay. You can always check the status of your order by emailing us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put ORDER STATUS plus your Order Number in the subject line.
Transit times begin on the date your order initially ships out, not the date of the order placed.
For In-Stock items, here is a shipping guide for when you can expect your order:
Free Shipping - 1-3 business days
Domestic Flat Rate - 1-3 business days
2nd Day Air - 2 business days
International Shipping - 10-40 business days
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact us at info@maxinemakes.com.
If you have not received a tracking number yet you can always check the status of your order by emailing us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put "Order Status" plus your order number in the subject line.
Yes we do! We ship to the UK, EU, and Canada. However, all international orders are subject to additional shipping fees and duties paid for by the customer. International orders are final sale.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase so if for any reason you are unhappy with an item, excluding pillow inserts and custom orders, you are welcome to return them for a Maxine Makes store gift certcertificate. We accept the return of unwashed and unused items with the tag attached within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Please note that all custom and international orders are ineligible for return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping your returns tracked and insured as any lost packages are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item from what you ordered we recommend initiating a return and then placing a new order for the item you want.

Once we receive your return the items will be processed within 2 business days. We will then email you a return confirmation and a Maxine Makes store gift card for the return amount less original shipping cost.
Product Details
All Maxine Makes items are handmade by Maxine at her home in South-West Florida.
It depends on the item. Any item made from discontinued fabric will likely not be restocked. However, if an item is returned it will be restocked so check back periodically. Items made from fabric currently being manufactured will be remade and restocked if they were a crowd pleaser.
If there is an item you are interested in that is currently sold you can always contact us about a custom order here or email us at info@maxinemakes.com, and put CUSTOM ORDER in the subject line.
We recommend for our pillow covers, bag liners, napkins, and placemats that you hand wash and lay them flat to dry. You can also follow the fabric manufacturers care instructions for the fabric used to make your item.
We sell an insert for each of our pillow cover sizes and our insert guide is as follows.
For the 18x18 pillow order the 20x20 insert.
For the 20x20 pillow order the 22x22 insert.
