Shipping & Returns


All packages are shipped via USPS & UPS. Calculated charges are based on items and shipping address.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of order placement. You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped your order. While you may receive the tracking number immediately, please allow time for your package to be scanned in by the carrier to begin tracking your package.


International shipping is provided through USPS. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.


We want all of our customers to be happy so we accept returns on all merchandise, except custom orders and pillow inserts, within 14 days of receipt. All returns will be refunded in the form of a store gift certificate.

- Items must be in new sale-able condition to be eligible for return.

- Items that have been washed cannot be returned.

- Items missing their tags cannot be returned.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address was entered at checkout.
